ד”ר ברונו קריינר הינו מומחה לכירורגיה של הפה והלסתות, בוגר שנת 2001 של תוכנית ההתמחות של ביה”ס לרפואת שיניים בהדסה, באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
סיים את לימודי רפואת שיניים באוניברסיטת UDELAR שבאורוגוואי, ולימודי רפואה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
במהלך השנים 2000-2001 עבד במחלקה לכירורגיה של הפה והלסתות באוניברסיטת קונקטיקט (Connecticut) שבארצות הברית כ Fellow, שם התמחה בעיקר בתחומי טראומה והשתלות דנטליות. תחום עיסוקו העיקרי הינו בתחום השתלות שיניים, שחזורי לסתות ורכסים (שתלי עצם) שסעים, אונקולוגיה , כירורגיה של מפרקי הלסת. מתכנן ומבצע השתלות מונחות מחשב. ביצע השתלות מונחות מחשב לראשונה בשנת 2002 ומאז התמקד בישום השיטה.
לד”ר קריינר ניסיון רב בתחום ההשתלות דנטליות עם אלפי מיקרים מוצלחים בשיתופו.
